As a result, most strategic decisions have been discussed either at the level of individual companies or through ad hoc formats of interaction.<\/p>\n<p>A strong legal market does not contradict the objectives of state policy. On the contrary, a strong, transparent, and responsible legal market is the primary instrument for reducing the illegal sector and achieving the goals outlined in the Strategy through 2035.<\/p>\n<p>Today, the state is actively strengthening its institutional capacity through the implementation of the Strategy, the activities of PlayCity, digital monitoring systems, and new regulatory and supervisory mechanisms.<\/p>\n<p>Under these circumstances, an equally important task is the development of a strong and representative legal gambling industry capable of participating in policy discussions and contributing to the sector\u2019s long-term development.<\/p>\n<p>NGBC relies on the support of stakeholders from all segments of the market and promotes the consolidation of the industry around common long-term interests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The mission of NGBC is to facilitate the development of a modern framework for cooperation between the state and the legal gambling market, based on expertise, mutual trust, and a balanced consideration of interests, with the shared goal of creating a transparent, responsible, and competitive gambling market in Ukraine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The National Gaming Business Council of Ukraine (NGBC) supports the adoption of the State Policy Strategy in the field of gambling organization and operation through 2035 and recognizes the first year of PlayCity\u2019s operation as an important milestone in the development of a new model of state regulation for the industry.
