NGBC launched a working mission at SBC Summit Tbilisi 2026
Today, one of the key forums of the region’s gambling industry — SBC Summit Tbilisi 2026 — began in Tbilisi, bringing together representatives of state regulators, industry associations, licensed operators, law firms and technology providers from Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
The National Gambling Business Council of Ukraine (NGBC) is represented at the Summit by Valeriy Vyzhak, Deputy Chairman of the NGBC Council for International Development.

For NGBC, participation in SBC Summit Tbilisi is not just about attending an industry conference.
The main goal of the mission is to present NGBC at the international level, study the best global practices in the development of the gambling industry and the activities of industry associations, develop professional cooperation and establish long-term contacts with representatives of state regulators, international associations, law firms, operators and the expert community.
The focus of NGBC is not only on studying international experience, but also on presenting the potential of the Ukrainian legal gambling market, NGBC activities, and establishing long-term professional partnerships.
During the Summit, a series of working meetings are planned, dedicated to the following issues:
- modern models of interaction between the state and industry associations;
- international experience in combating the illegal market;
- formation of a stable and predictable regulatory environment;
- increasing the international competitiveness of the Ukrainian gambling market;
- integration of best global practices into the development of the Ukrainian industry;
- development of professional international cooperation.
Based on the results of the mission, NGBC will prepare an analytical review with key conclusions, international practices, and recommendations that can be used for the further development of the Ukrainian gambling market, strengthening the institutional capacity of NGBC, and expanding international cooperation.
NGBC considers international professional cooperation as one of the key areas of development of the Ukrainian legal gambling market and its integration into the European industry community.
